Review on Genuine Honda 44733 TR3 A00 Wheel Cover by Mohmed Burt
Fundamentally new. The original OEM part came in a Honda box.
The product description states that the cap is used and may have some imperfections or minor damage. However, it arrived in the original Honda OEM box and was untouched (in my opinion). Exactly what I wanted and very cheap compared to buying direct from a new car dealer.
