This quickly affected the tiredness I feel in my eyes every day. Very easy to place on the monitor, it doesn't "gold/yellow" the screen (it has a slight yellow cast but you can't tell until you look at it unless it's over the screen). One thing to note is that when the screen content is dark and you have a light, it's glaring, but that doesn't bother me at all. I have to believe it works just from the fact that my eyes are off at 10:00 AM.
