I am very happy with this purchase. I have a smaller than average head and it's not easy for me to buy hats that are the right size. These foam strips can be easily attached to the inside of the hat for a snug fit. There are different stripes to adjust the size and there are a lot of them! The glue is very good. I recommend trying different sizes first by placing them under the bandage on your hat before peeling off the adhesive. This is a great way to store a nice hat that would otherwise be too big for everyday wear.
