I love the color and sound quality and the comfort. However, I had a few problems. When I first received the earbuds they spoke to me in English and told me when the device was on, plugged in, etc. However, after a few weeks everything changed and now it's a language I don't recognize. I don't know why it was changed or how to change it back. Also, sometimes all I hear is very loud noise and I have to force my headphones to turn them off. Overall, the external construction is good and solid, small parts of the earbuds sometimes come off easily, and one of the decorative caps came off on me. Spring. Also, the control panel is a bit annoying and I think it could be improved if it were lighter. Other than that, this is a great product that I use and enjoy on a regular basis.
