This belt does not go smoothly through belt loops, but it will allow YOU to slide smoothly through protection without removing your pants! Journey that will include several security points. It comfortably kept my pants where they should be and didn't set off an alarm. The black color matched everything I'd picked up and while the buckle is a bit too big I don't feel like it goes to pomp. The weight was pretty standard and never felt like it was stretching or shifting. My only complaint really is that the material that makes up the belt just doesn't slide well through the belt loops. I usually had to feed and pull the excess through each belt loop to get it around my waist. It may have to do with the design to keep slippage to a minimum, but getting dressed or changed I had to fiddle with it for a few extra minutes each time. It got a little boring. However, I consider this a fairly minor tidbit compared to not having to remove the seatbelt at every checkpoint involving a metal detector. Good belt, very comfortable.
