When shipped, the lower limit is 50MHz, NOT 50KHz
When shipped, the input and output capacitors are small. I updated it to .47u and now the gain is below 100kHz. It's mangled, but it's easily fixed. It's also a cheap way to get a shielded box with SMA connectors, even if you're just mounting the board.
