Generally a good set for working at home, a headset for voice conferencing. Sounds come in and out well when the mic is positioned correctly for you. It doesn't rustle when speaking, which is a plus and is quite comfortable for a long time (less than 2 hours within reason). The main issue preventing me from getting the higher rating I have is that the USB (male) doesn't fit securely. It's loose and sometimes out of place, resulting in switching between the headset and the computer, which can be a big problem during a meeting. However, this isn't a problem 75-80% of the time as long as you don't hit the wire. So close to what I need as I can't use WiFi for security reasons. Is there a fix or a newer version? Note. I've tried plugging the headset into various USB ports and devices, but it doesn't provide a reliable connection to the devices I have.
