Review on 🌞 L'Oreal Paris Futur-e Day Face Moisturizer with SPF 15 Lotion, enriched with Vitamin E, for Normal to Dry Skin - 4 fl. oz. by Raquel Syafitri

Revainrating 5 out of 5

UPDATE: Not a Broad Spectrum Product

****UPDATE**** I was so upset when I realized this was NOT a Broad Spectrum product. It only protects against UVB rays (which cause sunburn), NOT UVA rays (deeper rays that cause aging, blemishes and wrinkles). Realizing this made me angry not only with myself for not reading the packaging carefully, but also with L'Oreal for misleading me into believing my skin was fully protected. Yes I know I haven't read the label in years BUT the product name is described as SPF 15 so this is misleading to most people not well acquainted with what SPF actually stands for. Now I've been looking everywhere for a daily lotion that will fully protect my skin, not oily or heavy. I found it at LaRoche Posay but unfortunately it's about three times the price. However, at this point in my life, my skincare goal is to stop further damage to my skin and protect it while I still can, which is why I will not be using this product again. Unsurprisingly, it stopped being sold in stores. SMH.****Previous Review: I've been using it for over 15 years. I can't find it in any stores anymore, but luckily Revain still sells it. The lotion is light, absorbs quickly, is non-greasy, moisturizes and has a pleasant smell (and I don't usually like smells). Over the past few years I've bought other drugstore brands to find replacements in case they stop comparing this one and neither. All others I have tried are too thick, leave a film on the skin, smell like chemicals or otherwise feel too heavy. Please, L'Oreal, don't stop making this lotion!
