Quality and customer service from LOXASUM are disappointing.
Unfortunately, I had a less than positive encounter with LOXASUM. I got items that were of poor quality, with shoddy stitching and inferior materials. I tried requesting a refund from customer support, but I was met with unhelpful agents who didn't seem to care about my issues. Overall, I would not suggest LOXASUM to anyone searching for premium apparel, accessories, or jewelry.

- An extensive range of fashionable choices to suit a variety of tastes.
Cons
- Shipping costs can be expensive, especially for purchases coming from abroad.
