Terrible, pulling hair out! Update: 12/29/19 So today I received an email from the manufacturer asking them to remove my negative review and refund $40. I don't think my honesty is more valuable than that. This smoother brush uproots hair, it's hot and now I'm wondering how many reviews are actually accurate. I have thick, curly and wavy hair, this product didn't suit me at all even in the smallest areas.
