I got this for teachers at school but it's so pretty I almost kept it to myself! inflates and deflates. There is also a heating function. If you have particularly long calves, the shaft will stick out, but most of the large muscles will still be involved. You need a higher chair, or you can recline it slightly. It is actively used in our teacher's room and everyone likes it. Just a few minutes feels like pleasure. If you can't afford a massage chair, this is a great replacement.
