Nice decoration! It spins all day and I adjust it gently and easily, probably every 24 hours or so. I have worn 365 Sleepers earrings for many years and have always been satisfied with their quality and comfort (I never take them off). I have purchased this piece and several other matching titanium watches from the same manufacturer and have been wearing them for about a month with no problems. I am very happy with my purchase.
