I ordered this case for my new iPad 7th gen model A2197 and it fits perfectly. I love that this case allows me to use the iPad in portrait or landscape mode, the flat part of the case serves as a stand for the back. It's durable - I already had one for my old iPad Gen 4. It's pretty light when paired with an iPad and case - compared to an old iPad and case. I particularly like this leaf pattern because it's colorful without being overbearing. The inside of the case is soft and has an elastic band to close the lid. I rarely use rubber bands as my iPad is usually used. Thank you Revain Prime for providing such a great selection.
