Very Disappointed for my opinion

I'm so Irrate with this company. This makes the 2nd ring I have order from this company. It doesn't fit my 1 carat ring. I thought the curved would work. I'm so done, and very displeased with disappointment. The pictures here showed with the curve in band from other customers could possibly fit that type of engagement ring, Not. I will return the ring back to company. Back to drawing board.
