Extra small for baby toys

I know I ordered the small one but it was so tiny my child would have outgrown it too quickly for the money spent. (age 5 and weight 35 pounds). I went back and ordered a medium size from a different brand. The box also arrived very damaged and torn. The horse itself looked great and was easy to put together, but we didn't even take it out of the plastic when we saw how small it was.
