Revainrating 4 out of 5

ALMOST 5 stars in my opinion

So let's start by saying this is a great monitor. Fantastic monitor. Everything from saturated colors to increased frame rates is exactly what I was hoping for. Especially from a brand I'm very familiar with (I had a similar model but very early on, maybe 2011?). And just like my previous monitor, this one rotates to a vertical position! Just make sure you tilt the monitor out at the bottom to get enough clearance. In any case, as mentioned, this is a great monitor that will be a welcome addition for anyone looking to expand their desktop for work, or for gamers looking to enhance their gaming experience. The assembly of this article was also very easy. You literally open the box, peel off the cardboard and insert the base arm into the back of the monitor. And voila! I have several problems with this monitor. cable included. it only provided a displayport cable and unfortunately my laptop doesn't have one. I had extra HDMI cables, of course, but I expected them to be included, especially at the $200+ price point. - The connection of the monitor to the display port is very firm and leaves little room for the actual disconnection of the display port cable once connected. . It would be better to place the displayport cable latch on the sides instead of on top of the cable. The display is not automatically adjusted when the monitor is rotated to the vertical position. It might be something I adjust in my display settings, but my last HP monitor that rotated automatically changed the display to portrait. It just means I can't give it a 5 star rating.
