For me it's not as easy as the commercials make it out to be.
It's hard for me to use this because all the ads are shown. Having this constant back problem makes me VERY cautious when trying new equipment. In all commercials etc. the person simply lies on their back. I move into position very slowly and cannot always stay in the position shown.
