Good overall. Since I really only bought it to send notifications to my phone, I think I got what I wanted, but it's not well made for anything else. One problem is that they advertise a 13-day battery life. I have 4 days (light usage) before I need to charge it. It dies on the 5th day if I don't. Heart rate and blood pressure checking isn't very accurate, exercise trackers aren't very intuitive, and somehow they have badminton mode enabled but not regular exercise mode. You need an app to do things like set an alarm or change the alarm time for the watch face to light up, as well as other basic functions that I expect any other watch would access in the watch itself rather than the app will . The synchronization time between the watch and the app takes some time. The battery can last three days before I need to charge it, so that's not bad. All in all it was a decent buy for $30 and I'm not a serious fitness tracker lover so it works, but if you're really looking for a quality smartwatch or fitness tracker this isn't it.
