I have used a similar product from another brand and have been very satisfied. Since I've borrowed this tool, it's time for me to buy my own. This product caught my attention because it came with the necessary keys. Easy Peasy, all in one puffy case. Well, the product shows up and it's a cardboard box (no big deal though) instead of a crate. They provide a flared "trial tube" that one would assume is intended to represent your particular instrument. I take the unflared end of the tube, insert it into the block and tighten the bolts. "Step 2" in their instructions shows screwing in the set screw, then tightening the two set screws securely. This locks the two halves of the block onto the locating bolt and you cannot pull it out, use it to tighten the two setscrews and you cannot screw it in. The two halves of the block have been machined incorrectly and the tool is not working properly. By returning the tool, I'm spending a little more on a brand I trust. We need to stop buying junk Chinese tools
