It's hard to explain, but did you know that keychains, key fobs, and keys in your bag can sort of be stacked on top of each other, merging and forming a dome? Well, for some reason (I don't know if this was done intentionally in the design) the keychain doesn't fold to be "beside" this keychain - meaning they stay at a maximum 45 degree angle to each other, so they lie flatter on the foot in the pocket instead of doubling up and causing more arching. They also appear to be sturdy and well made.
