I wanted to love this fabric but unfortunately it didn't live up to my expectations. The instructions on the package say rinse and dry. I wouldn't buy this if I had to. Perhaps you can add a photo of the back of the package with instructions. This fabric has oily moisture, so be sure to use gloves. I have two brass lamps that get a good cleaning twice a year and look fine but don't start to dim until the third month. Even if you haven't cleaned them in a year, it takes a few seconds to use the paste and polish them to a shine. I wanted to use this fabric for monthly cleaning so they stay shinier. I rubbed hard, there is no result. He left it, rubbed it again, wiped it with a clean wet cloth and dried it. It looked the same. I gave up after spending an hour cleaning the lamps and various other brass items in my house. No Bueno!
