Very good griddle! in my review
This griddle does a great job for both grilling and frying and heats pretty evenly - as well as others I have owned.
The only real drawback to it is that there is nothing to keep it in place so it tends to slide all over on the stove since it is so light. I resolved this by using a c-clamp but it would have been nice if they had mounded in small nubs that would lock it in place on the grates.
