This is the fourth massager I've bought. The first was in 2002 it lasted about 5 years, the second was in 2007 lasted until 2013 when I bought the fourth in November 2018 and it just died this week not even a year old. Same house, same user, nothing has changed over the years apart from a serious deterioration in quality. I bought the first one direct from the dealer and they said it had a lifetime warranty which turned out to be a joke. It's also not worth extending the warranty until you pay for shipping to the shop plus the initial cost of the policy, it's big, heavy and difficult to ship, so there's a hassle factor, especially for the elderly. . I think if I could go at least 3 or 4 years without cars it would be worth it as it is a phenomenal massage and is great for the circulatory system. But not even a year folks you're going under and I'll be looking for another product.
