Review on 🔌 Enhanced Convenience with Southwire 40301 Wireless LCD Display for Surge Guard by Jamal Gerrero

Like many others, I watched the pairing video and read the pairing instructions many times. I've tried to tie it on several trips to no avail (while family waited patiently for food lol). I accidentally found a possible trick to combine them which might reduce the frustration and time. Per the instructions in the manual, start with the surge protector connected but the circuit breaker turned off. Press and hold the two right buttons on the display and continue to hold both, then insert the last battery (you can hold both buttons with your thumb). This will boot the remote into a constant reset loop, hold both (the screen will keep blinking on restart). Hold the two right buttons and the flashing screen, turn on the switch and wait for the surge protector to "click", turn on the RV, release the two buttons immediately and it should immediately find the surge protector and ask if you want a pair by pressing the rightmost button.
