Don't waste your money on biotin tablets or chewable hair vitamins. I've been taking these pills for over 7 years now. I'm an African American who unfortunately didn't get hair growth genes. I always had short, thin ponytails as a kid and have seen very little growth in my hair over the years, but these vitamins are GROWING my hair in ways I've never experienced before. I'm getting about an inch of growth a month! It also thickened my hair and the texture was less stiff and bouncy, I actually got a curl seeing the new growth. I panicked when they were discontinued at my local pharmacies but I'm so glad Amazon has them. Good price and highly recommended
