I bought these lights because I wanted Alexa compatible LED lights for my Bourbon cabinet. I really just selected them based upon Best Buy reviews. Installation was relatively simple once I determined where to drill a hole in my cabinet for the power cord. The only reason that I went four starts on installation is because there is a solder connection rather than a cut connection every fourth or so sections; I had to cut and splice to make a fit on one section.but that is very minor. The lights work great. You can control them with the included switch, The Govee Home App, or Alexa. I mostly use Alexa for control, but the Govee Home App does have some additional features that Alexa does not. There are a lot of color options and effects that you can use, and they all worked flawlessly. I think I read some reviews where they said the adhesive wasn't strong enough. I find the adhesive to be plenty strong and I didn't need any additional glue to make it stick and keep it sticking. I did prep the surface with alcohol pads; so that may be the difference. There were very reasonably priced, and I will definitely purchase again. Highly recommended.
