My cat has never slept in his 'house' again. Instead, he slept over the vent to keep himself warm. It made me so sad that I decided to buy a heating pad. After browsing various models, I understand that one pad that was considered a best seller had some complaints that the actual size of the heated area was too small (5x5). So I decided to broaden my search. I found this heating pad to have enough surface area and temperature control. My cat just loved this pillow. I took him to his "house" and now he just sleeps there. And also spends a lot of time indoors during the day. Advantages: 1. Control. Is a must! It is important to have more than one temperature set. This one comes with 6 options! 3.2 I keep. The controller has a timer. You have the option to set the timer for 4, 6, 12 or 24 hours.2. The pillow size is perfect. It is flexible so it can be placed anywhere.3. The power cord is long enough Disadvantages: 1. Maybe if it remembers a timer, such as. B. turning it on and off at the same time (like other timers I have), I could turn it on at 10pm and turn it off at 10am. In any case, it really isn't a deal breaker as NONE of the competitors have any control whatsoever. I'm so happy my cat is staying warm and in his home now. In the picture you can see that he likes it. Don't waste hours looking for others. Buy this. Be careful with other pads which are much smaller and only have one temperature. You don't want to take any risks.
