I like that Hubgets allows users to use their own devices so they can access it from anywhere. It also makes it easy to set up and configure as well. Sometimes there are some minor quirks for certain features but nothing too major. The support team at Hubgets is amazing. They make sure you have everything you need to be successful. I highly recommend Hubgets! It has been a great tool for our organization! We've been able to communicate with clients better and even connect them with other departments within the company to help solve problems.
