We use it for issues, bugs, enhancements requests etc as well as project management/tracking of our projects at work. It's very easy to set up and administer in an organization with many users. The support team are also great! They help you out when needed and answer questions quickly and efficiently. There isn't anything I dislike about this product so far but if there was maybe more flexibility in terms of customizing features would be good. You can assign tags (like priority) or create filters and search by those criteria. This makes searching through all your tickets much easier.
