Love having everything in 1 place: RMTrack

I like it that you can see all your tickets at once, so there's no need to switch between different tabs. It takes a while to get used to, but once you've got it set up, it's great! The reporting and management features aren't as good as they could be. Sometimes it doesn't refresh very quickly and you have to do it manually after changing something. Robust ticketing software with good email support

It's easy to use, it has an intuitive interface that allows for quick setup of new projects/tickets. The email notifications are very helpful when you need assistance from your customer support team! I wish there was more options in terms of customizing project templates. It makes setting up tickets easier but sometimes requires some extra time if not familiar with how each template works or what additional information needs to be added. Very good platform - would definitely recommend!

The system is very easy to use. It's also very intuitive and I like how well it integrates with Jira. It's a great tool for managing our software projects, especially in terms of assigning tasks and keeping track of issues. It also helps us manage our internal processes and procedures. The only thing I dislike about this product is that it doesn't have an API available for integration with other systems like Slack or HubSpot. Great tool that we've been using now since 2014

We use it for issues, bugs, enhancements requests etc as well as project management/tracking of our projects at work. It's very easy to set up and administer in an organization with many users. The support team are also great! They help you out when needed and answer questions quickly and efficiently. There isn't anything I dislike about this product so far but if there was maybe more flexibility in terms of customizing features would be good. You can assign tags (like priority) or create…
