I like it that you can see all your tickets at once, so there's no need to switch between different tabs. It takes a while to get used to, but once you've got it set up, it's great! The reporting and management features aren't as good as they could be. Sometimes it doesn't refresh very quickly and you have to do it manually after changing something.
