It's easy to use, it has an intuitive interface that allows for quick setup of new projects/tickets. The email notifications are very helpful when you need assistance from your customer support team! I wish there was more options in terms of customizing project templates. It makes setting up tickets easier but sometimes requires some extra time if not familiar with how each template works or what additional information needs to be added. We have used this software since 2015 while managing our client relationships. We're able to track all tasks related to clients including emails sent out as well as received by them via their ticket management system.
