I took the advice of other reviewers and went for a US size Large instead of Medium as I usually wear. I'm about 6ft 2in, 180lbs, slim but not very skinny or particularly muscular. The length is excellent - the sleeves are actually very long, which is rare for me. about as square as I would expect of a typical size. Big off the shelf (so not skinny at all), the biceps are almost fine, but the forearms are almost tight. I might try US medium eventually, but I'm afraid the underarms will get uncomfortably tight in the smaller size.
