Comfortable but not easy to use

Holds heat well and I love that the bottom is soft and the sides are comfortable to lean on. Setup is easy. It is difficult to remove and clean as everything is wet and never fully drains due to the way the drain is arranged. It also means it's almost impossible to give it a thorough clean, and it's not an easy process as you have to turn it upside down and spray water on it. The only way for me to use it is to put it in the shower and let it go straight down the drain. Otherwise you will get a big flood because it is too heavy to move it and let the water run down the drain. Make sure you find a way to drain it before you get it.
