I would like to give five stars but there are a few small flaws.
This really is the captain's seat, not a rear seat without a movable headrest. In an SUV, it is difficult to attach it to the rear seat headrest. The attached leash clip is too big for small collars. This isn't the first car seat we've come across. This is not intended for large breeds, not even large breed puppies. We have a 2 lb Havana puppy and he is perfect for her. If she is exuberant by the time she reaches her adult weight of 10-13 pounds, she will be too weak to use. I'm not sure I would buy it again because of the headrest issues.
