Difficulty getting a refund
Ordered October 17, 2015 Part no. 107-8799961-9916216, size returned Large refund check requested $9.91 Return received: 30th October 2015 Possible confusion on return as I ordered a small size and therefore returned it was too small (refunded 10/26/2015 49, $40 received) then ordered a large size and sent it back because it was too big, then ordered a medium size and although it didn't fit it was well cared for and fitted. Also, I received a new payment card with a new number between the order date and the return date, so proof of refund may be required.
