I like how it can automatically send out an automatic response to customers who leave you comments or questions in your own products page! It's very helpful when we have many orders at once as well because of its speediness (it is also great if someone leaves bad/positive comment). Sometimes there might be some lag time between sending messages but not too much since they do notify us right away about any problems. We use this software mostly so our customer service department knows what people think whenever they're purchasing something from us online.
