Works like expensive kinesiology tape. A few weeks ago my husband sprained his ankle jumping down a flight of stairs. We taped it for about a week but for over $20 a roll and each roll lasts a few days at best. I started looking for something that would provide stability and still be reusable. I bought this and another stabilizer and ended up keeping this one. He says that this film resembles film k. Provides all day comfort, will put in quite a few miles in a week and be on his feet most of the day. For the price I couldn't be happier. If you have a mild sprain that requires constant support for several weeks, this bandage is a great option.
