The hands were bent and could not turn when the clock arrived. The small metal feet were difficult to attach to the clock partly because of their size, and the threads on them are not long enough for the bolt to go deep enough to secure them to keep the clock from oscillating. But the worst thing is that I used up three sets of batteries because the clock stopped at night. Now I understand the batteries are fine, but there's a reason the clock only runs for about an hour and then freezes for no reason.
