Review on Element Mens Backpack ALL BLACK by Amber Ramos

Buckles are cheap and wear off after a few months of easy use (when carrying the board 2-3 days in the week for several hours). I signed up with Element customer service but after they asked me to fill out cumbersome paperwork including the original receipt and form, I may have had to ship the product back to them. I ended up just replacing them with MUCH higher quality Sea To Summit 1.5" dual adjustment buckles. Too bad because I thought Element should be a solid brand.
