Not 100% cotton on the shorter and narrower end.
The dress is very pretty but I was really misled when they said it was 100% cotton. Not true. blue fabric with flowers NOT cotton! I am extremely disappointed. Not worth the price. The bottom is made of cotton and a belt. Fits a lot less. I have a skinny 4 year old girl and I took a size 5 for her, the dress sits normally above the knees on the body. It's really misleading to say it's 100% cotton!
