I'm 5ft 9" and 220lbs (all in my stomach). Big is too big. I bought this in sizes XL and LG through Prime Wardrobe - the LG was a little tight and the XL fitted perfectly (although it was a little longer than I would have liked). I would classify it as "true to size". Very comfortable and virtually wrinkle free If you are on a budget I would definitely recommend this for the price if you appreciate soft comfortable polyester sports polo shirts.
