Unreliable - inconsistent readings

Have been using for over 2 weeks. I took over 80 readings that I kept and about 40 more that I deleted due to weird readings. Out of the 80 stored results, about 10% show normal results, while all others have a "problem". When he showed a problem, I immediately caught up, and the second time I had a different "problem". The results are unreliable. For example, consecutive measurements give completely different results. I measured a heart rate of almost 200 while sitting still. I have a health tracker and an O2 sensor on my finger that measures heart rate and they both appeared in the 70's. I immediately checked the readings and got into the low 100's. I took it for the third time and came out in the 70's. Also, all 3 times I was told that I had various potential problems. I've tried different positions, different connection points, etc. and don't think it's reading accurately because I'm seeing similar differences in the readings. Even someone else has used it and seen similar issues with it and said their resting heart rate was around 180. In addition, trying to transfer information via Bluetooth is very painful. I'm connected to a Samsung Galaxy S8 and it can take up to 15 minutes to connect and see readings. It keeps saying there is no device then try again and eventually it will connect and pass.
