The quality is worse than I have ever seen, a complete disappointment

I use it in a DVR. After 2 weeks it began to fail, they checked it, it turned out to be a bunch of broken sectors.
Changed under warranty. They gave the same, they say, with whom it does not happen. And the second speed does not correspond to the declared one. Recording only 7 MV/s.
