The first one I ordered was DOA; no light, no nothing. I sent it back for an exchange. The second was also DOA but I waited too long to send it back for an exchange so I sent it to Acer for repair (had to pay shipping to Acer). Acer found and fixed a defective ribbon cable in the device. When it came back one of the screws in the base of the stand was missing and it still didn't work. Instead of spending another $40 to ship it back to Acer, it was thrown in the trash. I'd love to see what this device actually looked like, but I've never seen it. I ended up spending about $150 to boot up a dead monitor. Not a seller issue but definitely an Acer issue or two that will make me think twice before buying any of their products in the future.
