Review on Neato Botvac Charger Charging 905 0304 by Heather Johnson

We got the Neato Botvac D80 for $388. It stopped working two months after the warranty expired and the company was completely unwilling to help us troubleshoot or fix it. They offered us to buy a new charging station but that didn't solve the problem. We took the vacuum to a third party repair shop and after $250 we still don't have a working vacuum. I can't express enough how dissatisfied we are with Neato products. Don't waste your money on this vacuum cleaner, it's cheap, not durable and the company doesn't stand behind their products.
