I really like it when it works. As other users point out in their reviews, it suffers from three intermittent issues. The second monitor does not wake up from sleep. The only way is to unplug the device from the USB (or use the bat file provided in a test)2. The audio switches to HDMI. Seems to be really confusing my skype sessions.3. The second monitor just freezes. The image remains on the screen but is not updated. Again, the only option here is to unplug the device from the USB. It's really easy to use and works great when it works. If they can solve the problems I am getting then this is a 5 star product.
