Works when nothing else works

First to the reviewer who advised to first wet the surface well, pour a little, rub with a broom and go - you ladies and gentlemen are a Genius! Many Thanks. Second, this product is amazing. It's not superlative. For the past 10 years, my dogs have used my concrete yard to go potty. The smell got really intense. We stopped using our backyard because it smelled like a huge toilet. And over the years I've tried EVERYTHING to clean concrete. I used to clean patios with soap, bleach, ammonia, baking soda, vinegar, or baking soda AND vinegar. Nothing, and I mean absolutely nothing, has worked in the long run. Of course, the scented soap will temporarily mask the smell, but the bad smell will return soon. Was completely abandoned and then I found this product. To be honest I had very low expectations when I first started using it. It's been a month since I washed the patio. The smell is completely gone. Even after the rain (which used to make the smell awful) it just smells like fresh rain now. The dogs have stopped marking on the patio because it no longer smells like them. The price is affordable and 40 ounces is enough for the wash. 200 square feet of surface. The only suggestion I can give you is: don't follow the directions on the bottle! Instead, listen to the reviewer above and: wet, pour a little, rub and let rise.
