Defective/poor handle design

The soft velcro handle was sewn on crookedly causing the entire trunk to tip over. If it wasn't permanently attached to the handle this would be a quick fix but now I have to go back and wait for a working product that arrives too late to use for the dinner I bought it for. Shit!
