Received and unfolded the bed Friday around noon. Noticed that the packaging was in a pretty rough shape. Unboxed it and removed the plastic cover to decompress. Noticed that were was a tear on the mattres. Waited for about 2 hours to decompress. Laid on it after that to test firmness. It is softer than I anticipated. Did not completely decompressed before bedtime but had to sleep on it because the old mattress is out already. The edges were still pressed so my husband kept rolling off of it in the middle of the night. Now, it has been over 24 hrs and the bed is still not fully formed. I read a lot of good reviews so I went with it but does it really take this long to fully form? Could I have gotten a defective one? If it does not fully form, not sure how to send this back.
