it's smaller than i expected and more watery. I thought it was a thick cream. The water part is not a problem. Since my baby isn't here yet, I used it on my toddler who is still in diapers. after a while it seemed to penetrate her skin. It helped her small rash but I can't wait to use it on a bigger rash. The ingredients are great and the fabric is suitable for nappies that we intend to use for our new baby, so that's a plus. It was packaged in a nice box except like most similar products it had a tamper evident seal under the lid. It was very difficult for me to take off because everything went smoothly. So for the size and how difficult it is to remove the security seal I give it 4 stars.
